I canceled my Instant Ink subscription on my HP ENVY 5055 printer a few months ago since I did not need it at the time, however I’ve been trying ever since to re-enroll and not a single agent has been able to help me. I was finally able to reach the “complete enrollment” page where the terms and conditions pop up before after clicking “connect” and it takes me to my account page saying “Cartridges require HP instant ink.” Then it sends me in an endless loop of that. All I want is to be able to print. I’ve factory reset it, updated the software, made sure the WiFi connection was both strong and the same as my phone, and I still can’t do anything. PLEASE HELP. I DON’T NEED A USELESS PRINTER AND I WILL BUY A NEW PRINTER FROM ANOTHER BRAND IF SOMEONE TELLS ME IT’S NECESSARY. I JUST NEED SOME SORT OF RESPONSE.
