Upgrade Intel Core i7-7500U (7th Gen) to Windows 11

Windows 11 wants an 8th Generation chip per AI. Seems like this might be do able.

Is there an option to Install Windows 11 anyways?

Do I have to bypass the Windows Upgrade?
