HP Recommended
Product: HP ENVY Photo 7855 All-in-One Printer

No matter what I do, I cannot clear the paper jam message from the printer.  I have followed all the steps several times.  I have turned off and rebooted the printer.  Nothing works.  The printer is almost five years old and I am out of warranty.  If I can't get it to work, should I invest in a new printer?
