I do not know which board that best fits your product issue, question or tip to pick.
In HP Smart, how dose one WAKE up a printer that is showing ‘Printer is Asleep’??
I can go to ‘Scan’ and scan a picture.
Open Notepad and put a word in and go to Print.
In bottom right corner I get an error informing me that the Printer is offline.
I open Print Queue while printing and I see a thin black line. Not the line that goes across in color then goes green when printing is complete. Have to click on the three dots right above the box & click on Cancel ALL to get the line to turn green.
The VPN in AVAST ONE is OFF.
About the system.
Laptop computer from ASUS, AMD Ryzen 9 7940HS w/ Radeon 780M Graphics 4.00 GHz.
The operating system is Windows 11 HOME.
The laptop is hardwired to a NetGear Nighthawk R7000P and is seeing the HPB08456 (HP ENVY Pro 6400 series) at IP address (Removed).
The question again is, how does one wake the printer up in HP Smart??
