Hello,
My victus, whose warranty I extended to 3 years, reaches temperatures of up to 95-100 degrees while it didn't do so before. In addition, performance has significantly decreased. I have done a clean reinstallation of Windows several times, but I have not solved the problem. I have opened a call to HP support. But I have been told that it is normal and that as long as it does not turn off there are no problems. I have been told that when the temperature rises the PC has a mechanism that lowers the CPU speed. The problem is that compared to when it was new, performance is almost halved and it is a little noisier. What could it be?
Salve,
Ho aperto una chiamata all'assistenza HP.
