HP Recommended

It appears this has been an issue with other users as well..the laptop is stuck on Entering 3rd Party Option ROM Management mode.

So I cannot access anything on this laptop...I've tried to exit where it gives me the option and it just goes back to shutting it down and starting all over..I'm afraid that HP computers have not improved in over 20 yrs..I always had problems with an HP computer desktop and sadly it looks like nothing has changed. I hope you can help me with this issue
