I've purchased a 14" laptop recently (8th March'25) and today I noticed that the warranty start date is wrong i.e. 28th Nov'24. Which means almost 4 months are directly impacted with my warranty period, as it shows ending 27th Nov'25. Tried raising warranty dispute multiple times today, it shows message warranty/ support site temporary down. Very unfair to put customer in these hassles where such apparently small yet important matters should be addressed by the company. Any quick resolution pointers?
EDIT/ UPDATE: I was able to connect with HP Support on WhatsApp and they were really helpful to address this concern. Upon informing them this situation and providing the invoice copy the warranty status / period was updated within 12 hours.
