Hello,
We have been facing an issue for many months regarding the cursor size. After every restart, the cursor appears extremely large, and we need to manually change the screen resolution to a lower setting and then revert it back to the previously set resolution in order to temporarily fix the problem. This issue has been ongoing for months, and I haven’t contacted you earlier because it’s a widespread problem affecting many people, and we’ve been discussing it on the Microsoft community forums. Unfortunately, despite waiting for a long time, the issue has not been resolved. Today, Intel responded to one of the users, stating that this problem should be resolved by HP.
I kindly request an immediate solution from your side to this ongoing problem that has lasted for more than six months. If you are unable to resolve the issue, I request that you take back your laptop and refund us the money, as the device is still under warranty! I had avoided purchasing HP products for 14 years due to a bad experience back in 2010, and unfortunately, I am seeing history repeat itself.
The device warranty has one month and nine days remaining, and this is an official complaint. Either solve the problem or kindly inform me how to send the device back to you.
Thank you.
