Recently my HP Smart printing app has stopped working when sending scanned documents to OneDrive. It just says that there was an error. Really helpful. I tried reconnecting to OneDrive but the shortcut still fails to send the documents after they have been scanned. I removed HP Smart Sytems from the apps that have permission to my OneDrive. Now when I try to add OneDrive in the Smart app, it won't work. Again, it just says there was an error. My app is up to date. What in the world does it take to connect to OneDrive?
When I click on OneDrive to sign in, I get the following error. It should be setting up OneDrive to get permission for the app to access OneDrive.
