Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

If you are experiencing an issue where you have purchased your printer but the power cord is so loose it does not stay, you must push the power cord in HARD and then it will fit without falling out.  This is a known issue and until they decide to replace the cords with ones that fit easily, this is the solution.  I and others have tried it and it works.
