Product: OMEN 17.3 inch Gaming Laptop PC 17-ck2000 (70X00AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
I’ve been using this laptop for about a year. Recently, I’ve been experiencing an issue where the fans suddenly stop working on their own. Sometimes they start working again after 15–30 seconds, but other times they don’t restart at all, and I’m forced to reboot the device.
To troubleshoot, I uninstalled the HP Omen software, then reinstalled it, updated the BIOS and the HP Omen software itself, and also installed the HP Omen SDK. However, the issue still occurs. Interestingly, if I end all Omen-related tasks from the Task Manager, the problem seems to go away.
Any help would be appreciated.
