Hello, in my Account Dashboard i have this information : Your paper has been delivered. We'll automatically ship you more when you run low. Your paper trial has started. Billing will begin on 30/05/2025.
I did not receive the paper. Tracking number <removed_Do not include the product serial number or any private information> shows: Sorry, we were unable to deliver this item at 01-05-2025 as it was not possible to identify the delivery address. It will now be returned to the sender.
The address on the item was either incorrect or does not exist.
Please contact the sender for any queries.

I asked HP for help using whatsapp. They replied:
I would be more than glad to assist you further. Unfortunately, the paper plan is beyond the scope of my assistance.

Can someone knowledgeable from HP help me or should I pay for paper that I don't have and buy other paper in addition?
