Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 8720 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Mac OS X 10.6 Snow Leopard and older

Last month I had 300 rollover pages.  I reduced my plan so as to use these, but today my rollover pages is showing 30 of 30 used and I'm being charged for additional pages.   What happened to 270 rollover pages?
