Our CISO set a password on the OfficeJet Pro 7740 Wide Format All-in-One Printer, however he did not record it anywhere and now we're locked out of the printer's web portal interface. If there is a way to perform the factory reset on the device, we cannot find it. All we can locate is a partial reset, which does not clear the admin password. We need to do a full, factory reset and clear the saved admin password. Any assistance will be appreciated. Thank you in advance.
