Hi,

My Victus 16 with RTX 4070 running Windows 11 will only charge when powered off. I deleted both of the Battery drivers in the Device Manager and did a hard reset. Neither fixed the issue. I checked if a new BIOS update is available, and the BIOS is up to date. 

 

When powered off, the battery charges fine.

How do I fix this issue?
