Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
I recently purchased a HP OmniStudio X All-in-One 27-cs0055t. There were no clear installation instructions and after assembling the stand and attaching it to the PC I attempted to move it to my desk. The PC separated from the stand and went smashing to the ground. It missed my foot by inches. It damaged my floor and the screen fell out. All the tabs that hold the screen in are broken as well as the metal bezel at the bottom. I am extremely lucky it did not break my foot. Who do I reach out to for repair or replacement. This clearly was not my fault but caused by an extremely poor design.
