Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I just bought a OMEN MAX Gaming laptop which should have been sent with a borderlands 4 code to redeem, and i can't seem to find anywhere where this code shoulde be !

Thought it would be in the gaming hub or a mail, but I still can't seem to find it.
