I am trying to connect 2 displays that have different info on them. I have both displays connected but they are showing the same thing.

I did say HDMI splitter is a joke. It only gives SAME content on BOTH monitors. I don't know your machine therefore I can't say more BUT worse case you can use
- Monitor 1: HDMI direct cable,
- Monitor 2: Using a Displaylink Certified USB-A to HDMI adapter such as

How do you connect them ? You have to use EXTENDED not DUPLICATE. Please use the following Guide

Hi Banhien,
Thank for your reply! I do not see the extend option on either monitor. I a using an HDMI adapter. I am wondering if my PC does not have the capability to extend the monitors. The monitors do mirror with the adapter (so both are working).

What is your machine and again HOW do you connect them ? Do you use a HDMI splitter ? HDMI splitter is a joke.
