How do I update my obi202 to another vendor if I can't get into the configuration site?

Hi @WOBI202, Welcome to Poly HP Support Community.  
 

I understand that you want to register your OBi 202 with a different service provider. To proceed, I recommend checking with the service provider to confirm if they still support OBi 202 devices. If they do, they should be able to assist you with the configuration process.

The OBI202 is dead to Google Voice, unless you go 3rd party... Otherwise the stock firmware will work with nearly any SIP provider.

https://www.obifirmware.com/ is the 3rd party I have used.
