The E70 is currently running software version 1.8.0-276051. There is a later software update available however Poly lens is unable to perform update due to 'E70 being in a call'. A call or connection with the camera is via USB and can confirm there is not a call or application running where the camera is in use.

What is the device that the Poly Studio E70 is connected to? Is this using the standard Poly supplied cable or any extender? Has the unit been power cycled?
