I have a Poly Studio E60 camera. I would like to login to the web interface for the first time but I could not login with the last 6 digit of the serial number. I would like to factory reset the camera. So that i can login to it again. Could you please advise how i can do that.

Welcome to the HP Poly community.

 

What device is the Poly Studio E60 connected to? Usually, I would ensure the device is on the latest software by connecting it to a compatible Poly Studio X, G7500, or Poly Studio G62 and that it is updated to software 1.1 using the USB connection.

 

If no other volunteers reply, I suggest you contact our Support organization in your region. Details are in my Signature.
