This Poly Studio P21 monitor was running great until the OS was updated. I am running the latest Poly software. It was suggested to me by HP support that I run my mac in Safe mode and then reinstall the OS. Done. Nothing changed.

Anyone??🤔

Hello @pmv55 ,

welcome to the HP Poly community.

What OS was updated? The OS of the device you are using the Poly P21 with?

If this is the case you may need to re-download and install the DisplayLink drivers for Mac from >here<

If this is not the case I suggest you provide more details for us volunteers here or I suggest you go back to our Support organization in your region.

Best Regards

Hello @SteffenBairUK

The Mac OS is Sonoma 14.4.1.  I will try uninstalling the DisplayLink drivers for Mac. unplug everything and try again from scratch...honestly, I think I already tried this...do you suggest an order for all the set up? So frustrating.

thanks

Hello @pmv55 ,

we are all just volunteers here so I suggest you contact our Support organization in your region if you require official help. Details are in my Signature.

Other volunteers are welcome to comment. This works fine in my setup with my MacBook M1 running 1.10.0 (Build 117) of the DisplayLink manager.

Best Regards
