Polycom EagleEye IV USB Camera
Microsoft Windows 11

Hi all,

someone know what is the use of the LAN port on the Polycom EagleEye IV USB?

The port blinks if I connect it to a switch or directly to a codec (Poly G7500), but the codec doesn't recognise anything and I don't see any new devices on the network.

Has it a default IP address?

Thank you for the support

Marco

Hello  @Marco227487 ,

welcome to the HP Poly community.

The port is not accessible to End users. It has no function to be used for. This is HP Poly internal only.

Well, thank you.

Last question in this case...

There's no way to manage the PTZ from a third party controller? Such as Extron, Crestron, AMX, etc.
