Serial number for Hp Photosmart M547 digital camera

I have an Hp Photosmart M547 digital camera which I have not used for some time. On reaching hp website, I am asked to enter the serial number of the device. Two numbers are found at the bottom of the camera. One number is written on an Hp label sticker with the following details as

"Regulatory Model:SNPRB 0704 L2461A" with a black X on a BIN icon below the quoted details above. The second number I found at the bottom of the camera is a bar code with the following details "(edited) L2461A". I have opened the battery compartment whether there's a serial number sticker there, but none is found. I have inserted the two numbers quoted above alternatively in the search box which returned a red colour around the search box and other search returned "please enter a valid serial number". My reason for asking for assistance is where else can I find all specifications of the camera including the serial number. Like a desktop pc or laptop where one can find the specifications of product in the bios page. I can say presently that the camera is working but indicating low battery even though I inserted two new AA size Tudor batteries into the battery compartment. I don't how long the battery has been on shelf before I bought it. I was able to set the time and date as well as view some of the images in the memory card before "Low Battery" is displayed it goes off on itself. I am asking for the forum assistance in getting the serial number of this device so I can be able to quote the right number when making any reference to this device in the future. I will also like to add this device to my profile. Thanks for your assistance.

Welcome to the HP community.

Based on this website >here< the camera was introduced back in 2007. The Official Support page >here< has access to the user guide and set up guide and offers drivers for older no longer supported operating systems.

Unsure what more you would require.
