Hello,
I'm having a problem updating the firmware on my Polycom X30. I tried updating to at least 3.2 via USB(formatted to FAT32), but it was still unsuccessful. When I enter the Custom URL, it gives me the error "Certificate is invalid or missing". When I want to update it the standard way, it says Unable to access the provided URL(Via Polycom service site). Could someone please advise me what to do? Polycom can see the internet through the network(enabled on FortiGate).

Hello @Routner ,
welcome to the HP Poly community.
Pretty sure you need to upgrade to 3.2.3 first
then try 3.3.0
Then try the rest to 3.14.2
Once done you can go to 4.1.0 directly.
If this still fails I suggest you contact our Support organization in your region. Details are in my Signature.

I have had the same issues with spare devices.
I have success with this path Custom URL:

https://swupdate.lens.poly.com/polyos/3.14.2/378005
And would suggest that you do a factory reset before upgrading.
Might also be a good idea to place the endpoint on a clean internet connection, not the company firewall, if there is any content inspection blocking the traffic.

Hi Dan,
well, I tried your URL on clean internet connection, but still having issue with error message "certificate is invalid or missing". I tried on clean internet change to update from Polycom site, but still having the same message. I tried factory reset too. Still dont know, what to do.
