Voyager 5200 UC

All i want to know is an update on the case, because i was told i was going to recieve replacemente of Voyager 5200u headset product in 8 to 12 days but it has already passed 15 days.

I need help with this same case. They sent it threw UPS and UPS marked the order as if i rejected recieving it and sent it back to Buenos Aires!!!

 

How can i resolve this issue? HP live Agent shows error "temperorly unavaliable".....
