I am currently in talks but they explain that since the case was open with USA support, i have to talk with the HP USA support team.

 

I have all the details, i need help from the usa team for the product that was sent to me in Argentina, to be sent back to me. Since UPS decided to mark as if i rejected the replacement headset i recieved and sent it back to the HP Warehouse in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

 

Please help me out, i am all day trying to resolve this issue and i have lot's of work to do.

It looks like due to the address modification, the device has been returned to the warehouse.

I will check with the concerned team if we can if the delivery could be rescheduled; otherwise, we will create a new replacement from our end, which will take another couple of days to process. I request that you wait till you receive any other information from us regarding this replacement.

If you need any more info. More then i gave hp support threw phone calls and emails.

 

In my email i saw that you mentioned the shipping Address updated, but i don't see that you mention it on this page. It's exactly the one that i mentioned in the text before this one: San Luis Capital.
