Hello, I recently received a Poly Voyager 60 bluetooth earbud. However one of the silicone ear tips (M) that was attached to the earbud, was broken out of the box.

What is the process for replacing the ear tip or the whole package?

I have opened a ticket with HP Support that havent moved.

Hello Meghana, I spoke with Poly Support on the number that you have provided.

However the replacement that Poly is providing will be a refurbished with one less year of warranty! They do not have an option of providing just the silicone tips.

Also its amazing how warranty is reduced for a refurbished product.
