Product: Voyager FOCUS2 M

Poly Lens shows a firmware update for the BT700 it's currently on version 0.0.550.3389 and it says that 0.0.838.4176 is available however it keeps saying " Software Update Failed" I have a feeling it needs to be incrementally updated. I'm not sure where to obtain the required files if that is what is needed. Thanks in advance.

No, I just updated my BT700 adapter:

 

Firmware 0.0.550.3389 -> 0.0.838.4176 (13.08.23)

 

Firmwareupdates normally are not incremental updates.
