The product won't go into pairing mode. I've tried multiple times, but it still won't work. Even after connecting the product to a PC and restoring it to factory settings, it still won't go into pairing mode.

Welcome to the HP Poly community.

 

A good starting point for volunteers in this peer-to-peer community forum would be to share which Device you are having the issue with.

 

If no other volunteers reply, I suggest you contact our Support organization in your region. Details are in my Signature.

My device is "Poly Voyager Legend 50".

 

I sent an email to the service center in the area where I live, but I haven't received a response.

The country where I purchased this device and the country where I currently live are different, and business practices are different, so I'm at a loss as to who to contact..
