For the last 60 days people have been telling me that my head set has poor audio quality. If go to directly to i phone they report much better audio.

 

 This is unexpected as the Voyager has always been so reliable.

 

How can I trouble shoot and fix?

Poly Lens says everything is up to date

Not a lot of details to work with here. Is this a brand-new unit or an old unit?

 

The best and quickest way forward is to contact our Support organisation as the community is run by volunteers only.

 

Can you raise a ticket with headset.helpline@poly.com?

It is perhaps six months old and an insured replacement to the Plantronics.

 

I don't know how to be more clear my audience on the other end of the phone cannot hear me well using the Bluetooth.

 

I am looking for ways to trouble shoot to have a better experience for people I speak with on the phone.
