Poly 5200 chrging case issue

Hi, I purchased Poly 5200 along with charging case last week. when I connect headset with charging cable it's fully charging (100%). And connect it to the charge port on the top of the case also fully charging (till 100%), But when I place my headset inside the charge case it's not fully charging, till 90% maximum. I don't know why it's not charging fully when i place my headset inside the charge case.

Please try charging the headset inside the charging case after power-draining the headset and charging case. Ensure that the headset's firmware is up-to-date. If the issue still persist please get the unit replaced at the point of purchase.
