Voyager Focus 2 Series

Hello, I have had the Voyager Focus 2 UC for 2 days now. With charging station.
Headset is connected to Bluetooth and works.
Problem is that Poly Lens battery status always shows 75%. The value does not change. No matter how long I use the headset.
It always stays at 75%.
I have already uninstalled and reinstalled Poly Lens. Headset off and on. I've tried a lot of things. Not s helped.

Where is the problem? A bug?

Thanks for the answers. And sorry for my English. Is from google translate, German to English.

Greetings

Hi @Marco977 thank you for the information.

The battery level indicator will display percentages at 0, 25, 50, 75, and 100, without showing intermediate levels. For additional information about the battery, please refer to the user guide link provided below.

Hi @Marco977, Welcome to Poly HP Support Community.

I'm sorry to hear about the issue you're experiencing with the headset battery percentage. Please follow these troubleshooting steps and test the headset:

1. Completely drain the battery and then recharge the headset to see if there is any difference.
2. Reset the headset using the Poly Lens application on your PC.

If the issue persists, try using the Plantronics Hub application as an alternative to check if you can obtain the correct battery information.

Should the problem continue, I would suggest contacting our HP Support. Our Support engineers should be able to resolve this for you. HP Support can be reached through the provided link.

Hi @M_Salman

Thanks for your answer.

I'm still trying to discharge the battery. I've already tried resetting but it didn't help.
Poly Lens now shows me 50% battery, I have the feeling that Poly Lens shows the battery level in 25% increments? Can this be? So not stepless. Which would somehow not be contemporary. I installed and tested Plantronics Hub. However, there is no percentage display there, but rather "Talk Time Remaining", which runs perfectly and continuously, accurate to the minute.
So now the question is whether Poly Lens shows the battery level in 25% increments or not?
Thanks and greetings

Thank you for the information.

Please inform me if you notice any difference in the battery percentage after each use. If so, then the poly lens is displaying the current battery level of the headset.

Also, please completely drain the headset's battery to determine the actual battery percentage.

If you are still facing the same issue, I would suggest contacting our HP Support. Our support engineers should be able to resolve this for you. HP Support can be reached through the provided link.

I completely discharged the battery. Poly Lens then also shows 0%. When charging there are only the steps 25%, 50%, 75% and 100%.
So there are only 4 states that are displayed in the Poly Lens, 0, 25, 50, 75 and 100%.

Can anyone confirm that?

Thanks and greetings

Hi @M_Salman

Thanks for your answer.
Well then we have sorted that out.
But a continuously variable battery display would be better.
The competition (Jabra) can do it too 🙂
