Product: Voyager FOCUS2 M

Hi,

i recently got a new Poly Voyager via RMA but there is no return shipping label in the package.

How do i get a shipping label. Unfortunately the guy on the  hotline was not able to help me.

To increase the confusion i got one mail from HP with the notice:

 

Next Steps
Once you receive the part, please install it to ensure that this has resolved your issue. HP does not require the return of your original part.

 

and in another mail from Poly i got a PDF with:

 

Please follow the instructions below to ensure proper credit:
1) Pack the defective/unused product in the box that the replacement product arrived in.
2) Please ensure the RMA & Part Number are clearly marked on the outside of the box.

 

Who should i trust here? HP or Poly?
