I have a new Voyager Focus 2 and I've noticed that when I switch it on, sometimes I don't hear the "Power On" , etc messages and the noise cancellation doesn't come on (it's enabled on the switch) but phone & laptop show it as connected; I can play music but I hear nothing.
Usually a couple of attempts at turning off and then back on get's it working and I have no issues after that; it works fine.
If this some kind of feature or is something wrong? (Feeling a bit like the latter).
Firmware on the headset and dongle are up to date.
