backbeat fit 3200

Good afternoon !
When connecting to VIN 11 is not visible in the application Poly Lens ( the web version also doesn't see the headset)
The headset worked on a Pixel 6 pro phone (with the PMT app), I replaced the phone with a Pixel 8 pro and there is no Bluetooth connection to it....
The old phone still has the PLT app, but it doesn't offer firmware for the headset
On the website for this model it offers to install the Poly Lens application, but on the video instructions on YouTube you have the PLT application
I tried all combinations of connections, laptop on Windows 11, phones on Android 15 ....
I searched on forums and found messages that there is a problem with connecting my headset to PIXEL 8 PRO, but I did not find a solution

Hello, @MR_Maksimus, and welcome to the HP Poly community.

I am sorry to hear that you are facing issues with the Plantronics BackBeat FIT 3200

This is to inform you that all the BackBeat Series are end of life and the manufacturing has been stopped. Hence, we will not be able to replace the device. Going forward, we do not recommend you purchase the BackBeat Series from third-party sellers as manufacturing has been stopped.

Backbeat Series headsets are not compatible with Poly Lens applications, Windows 11, as well as the latest Bluetooth mobile phones.

I hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance. If you find the information provided useful or solves your problems, help other users find the solution more easily by giving Kudos/Thumbs Up and marking my post as an Accepted Solution.

Hello @MR_Maksimus ,

Welcome to the HP Poly community.

This >link< lists what Bluetooth headsets are supported by the Poly Lens App.

To my own personal knowledge, there was never any public firmware released for the Backbeat Fit 3200. Only the older Plantronics app would show details about these older Headsets.

Best Regards

I was confused that on the website when I select my headset it gives me the poly lens app to download
There is no headset of this type in the new model range...
Is there a solution to my problem with connecting to Pixel 8 Pro either?
