i have my poly vfree 60 series earbuds

initially the left ear bud wasnt powering, even the laft led does not flash, my android app was showing that the left ear bud and case  was at 0% battery, and right year bud was 100%, then on many trials to have the left ear bud work i pressed the buttons on the earbuds for 10 seconds, from there. even the right earbud stopped pairing,  when you press the buttons on the case or ear bud, the right earbud just beeps, it does not say pairing as per the user manual, surprisingly, the serial number displayed in my lens app is different from the one in the poly case, i have tried adding or checking the serial numbers from hp website, non of them is recognized,  what should i do, the earbuds now do not operate, please assist, i have updated the case firmware with the windows software but no change,

This is just a Peer-to-peer community forum and not HP Support. We are all just Volunteers.
