The CRT team have agreed to refund the cost of my workstation (I have an email confirmation from Mariem Limam) and the workstation has been sent back to, and been receivbed by, HP.

Despite a promise of a refund within 7 days and despite 2 emails (which seem to be getting ignored), I still have not received the refund.

Yet again, terrible service from HP.

Hi,

Unfortunately when I click your Private Message link I get an error stating "You do not have sufficient privileges for this resource or its parent to perform this action." even though I am logged in.
