HP Envy hinge issue

Posting simply to add to the weight of dissatisfaction with HP due to the hing problems with HP Envy laptops. Hinges have gone on 2 envy laptops my business has bought. It's a disgrace - never going to buy another HP. Churning out poor products for a lot of money.
