I need to create a new support case with HP business support, but every time I'm trying it says I need to complete my profile.
But when I'm trying to select "Preferred page display language" or "Time zone" the dropdown menu is blank or mentions just the title. This continues with all dropdown menues on this same page.
The same problem was described in this thread, but with no solutions visible.
And when I tried to call they could not help me.

You need to reach to HP Support - they are the one who can assist you with your technical issue or with the profile itself. Eventually, a new profile might be created. Also, they can open a new case for you.
The community here consists of users like you, volunteers and some HP staff and this cannot be fixed here in the public forum.
Have you tried with a different browser - Firefox, Chrome, even with Internet Explorer ? Have you tried clearing cache/temporary data ? Have you tried in Safe Mode of the browser without add-ins ?
