Hello,
I have question because when I went with Win 24H2 my HPIA starts shows N/A in bios configuration. My version HPIA 5.30, can You write me what can be wrong.
In Windows 23h2 HPIA shows very changes in bios etc.

new update HPIA 5.3.1 has resolved all problems. Now all work very well.

Hi @Venosaur,
Thank you for sharing the above information.
Please follow the below steps to fix the issue.
- Update BIOS:
Update the BIOS for your PC by clicking on the link.
Make sure you keep only the charger plugged in while updating the BIOS for your PC.
Click on the + sign next to BIOS and then download the file.
Open the file and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the update.
- Check for HPIA Updates:
- Update to the latest version of HP Image Assistant.
- Update Windows and Drivers:
Install all the pending updates for the Windows operating system following the below steps and let me know if that resolves the issue.
Go to Start > Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update and select Check for updates. If the upgrade is available for your device and you want to proceed, download and install it.
- Run HPIA in Admin Mode:
- Right-click HPIA and choose "Run as Administrator" to ensure it has sufficient privileges.
- Log Analysis:
- Check the HPIA log files (usually located in C:\ProgramData\HP\HP Image Assistant) for detailed error messages or warnings.

Hello Irwin6,
I did all before, bios upgrade, windows updates etc. still it is shows the same information. My HPIA is the newst 5.3 version. It is strange that on Windows 11 23 h2 everything was OK.
I don't know what can be wrong with win 24h2 that this communication bios by HPIA doesn't work ?
