I purchased HP OMEN laptop on 24 jan 2025. After a month I'm facing issues with battery and the hinges of the laptop lid. Then i called HP support for many times and gave detailed info about the issues. Then after they created case for calibrate Battery and changing hinges. I attached a Screen shot of Case. In that they mentioned that  they will fix the issue on 15-03-25 date. Technical expert will visit your place and will solve your problem, But no one called me on that day even i tried to reach them on whatsapp,call,email. Not a single response receive from them. Even today on 17-03-15 I called them many times on customer care number but call was not connecting. then I Saw than HP send me Email FsmSupport.india  from this ID. In that they mentioned info about technician number , Hp service center number and Hp service center head emailID. Again I called on both numbers. They  received after calling 10 times and told me today they will visit. On 15-03-2025 they don't have laptop part thats why they will visit today.

My point is HP India called it Premium service. Who's gonna consider this service is a premium service? after harassing a customer. This is the totally worst experience i faced in my life and not expecting this kinda **bleep** service from HP brand.
