Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,

Well I could not bring back my laptop Hp Elitebook 745 G6 from Standby and Power save mode. I had to manually restart to get back the log in screen.

Sometimes, even after restart, the login screen never came up. Then i had to power off, take out the battery connector inside and again jack it back in.

After restart it will again go to the logon screen.

Due to multiple times of doing this job, i then disabled the Power saving and Standby options, now for the last 48 hours it's working fine.

Is this a known issue ? Whats the resolution steps ? Please advice.

Yes, I did the recommended steps. Please note that I use official laptop and not a personal one for which I have the issue.

I have since disabled the Fast Strtup and also put Do Nothing under Power Options, till now it's working fine....thanks
