I have tried multiple times to get a hold of someone to provide me with the CCC (China compulsory certificate) for the power cord that comes with this PC product. Each time being transferred to multiple people that have no idea what i am requesting and do not know what "regulatory department" is either. It is very frustrating the customer service i have/am recieving and do not know who/where else to go to to get this provided to me from HP. HP has the CCC symbol on the battery and therefore must provide the certificate when requested; which i am requesting at this time. Please commment with assistance.
Thank you!

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
