Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
New HP EliteBook x360 830 G6 webcam shows a black screen when using video. All the drivers are up to date and there's no door covering the camera lenses. I do notice a black and white diagonal lines inside the lens and not certain why. The camera worked fine when I first purchased the laptop. This Elitebook has HP SureView and something called NFC .

Reviewed the user guide and it does have a camera privacy switch. Its very difficult to see the switch and I had to feel along the edge of the laptop. Geesh!
