I purchase a computer in February and have yet to receive it. I contact HP and they blame Fed Ex, I call Fed Ex and they blame HP. In the meantime I have no computer and no delivery dates still!! I cannot return it without a penalty fee because they do not stock these computers in stores normally. When I initially ordered, they never said anything about a delay or a custom build. Nothing! So I am out the money and still have no computer. All I get are these form letters which have old tracking info that isn't even correct. I am at a loss and so done with HP. Is there a way to contact corporate or to file a formal complaint?
