I need help in a bad way. and not just my punctuation and spelling . i know just bare with me, and maybe this will be done lickidy split. so I bought a newly used pro. book 650 g4 off of market place. right there should say it all, yet here i am so the pc wont boot up i get the hp protected by Sure start flashing screen. i can hit esc. and that screen i can do just about all of those things except boot up or get in BIOs. then i get a Bios  administration password prompt. and after hours of failed atempts of finding a fix i am here finally. i am hopeing to get this fixed as i didnt really have the money to spend on it any way my other ps is just brutally slow and no more windows 10 up dates and i am trying to start a buisness and go back to school i know every one has problems and issues. iam just saying i refuse for failure to be an option so if some one can help a 40 year old cheif editor and  novelist out i would be gratfull and definatly change career paths.. that last line was another joke or atempt at one. thanks for any help in advance your welcome for the laughs there needed some times.

Hello @TyLorD ,

Welcome to the HP community.

A quick community search for the terms BIOS & Password finds all these posts >here<, which are mainly closed with the below explanation:

Unfortunately, you will need to contact an HP agent for problems with BIOS passwords.

Here is HP's official policy regarding BIOS passwords:

According to the Community's Rules of Participation:

4d. No posts shall include instructions/directions intended to bypass or subvert security mechanisms such as lock screens, BitLockers, BIOS lock, passwords, fingerprint/biometry scanners, PINs, or any other safety measures.

Therefore, this topic is being locked.

Best regards
