Studio USB
Microsoft Windows 11

Our setup is this.

Poly Studio USB Camera connected USB C(At the camera) to USB (At C2G Extender) which connects to HDMI Display.  Then USB C from the wall plate C2G extender to USB C to computer for content sharing and meetings.

Issue:

Before the upgrading to 2.2.0, Poly Lens Desktop 2.1.1, connecting my PC to the USB C cable from the C2G wall plate to my computer, Poly Lens Desktop would see the Poly Studio USB and I could configure the device.

After the upgrade to 2.2.0 connecting the USB C cable from the wall plate to my computer, Poly Lens Desktop does not connect to the Poly Studio USB.

If, I bypass the C2G Extender and direct connect USB C to the Poly Studio USB camera, Poly Lens Desktop detects the camera, but when entering the admin password, it accepts the password but does not open the admin settings drop down menu.

So really I have two issues

1. Poly Lens Desktop detecting the Poly Studio USB when connected via C2G extender.

2. Direct connect to Poly Studio USB admin login is not working.

I have rebooted my Camera,

Uninstalled and re-installed Poly Lens Desktop 2.2.0

By passed the C2G Extender

Hello @RogueMan ,

Welcome to the HP Poly community.

Pretty sure the Poly Studio USB is end of life or end of support or close to this.

Simply downgrade to Poly Lens desktop 2.1.1 to address your issue.

Best Regards

Steffen Baier
