Hi,
I need to delete a device (and room) from CMA so that it cannot be scheduled in future conferences. When I try to delete the device (or room), I get a message similar to this:
"Could not delete one or more devices because they are scheduled in a conference."
I have unregistered and made sure that there is no longer any conferences schedules, as a matter of fact there is no scheduled conferences what so ever. Do you have any other ideas?
Thanks,
Daniel

Hello Daniel,
welcome to the Polycom Community.
It is always useful to include the currently used software version as issues experienced may already be addressed in a newer release.
This also allows yourself and others to check against current software release notes.
Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.
Best Regards
