Poly Studio E60
Microsoft Windows 11

Can the Poly Studio E60 camera be controlled by an Extron processor? I couldn't find a driver on Extron's website, or what TCP port settings to use for control, is this possible?

Hello @nbess ,

Welcome to the HP Poly community.

The Poly Studio E60 is a camera that would  be connected to a Poly Studio X, Poly Studio G62 or a Poly G7500. This device can be controlled via an Extron.

Best Regards

Thanks for the info, so if we don't have a Poly Studio X, Poly Studio G62 or a Poly G7500 then can the Extron processor send commands directly to the E60 camera? If so is there documentation of the commands used?

Hello @,

From my personal knowledge the Extron would talk to the G62 or G7500. Extron should have documents to explain this.

If no other volunteers reply, I suggest you contact our Support organization in your region. Details are in my Signature.

Best Regards

I've done it with a Poly G9 Windows machine and Extron Control for Microsoft Teams Rooms. Go to Extron's website and search "Extron control for microsoft teams rooms" and they have a comprehensive setup guide and driver. I have not tested it with an Android based system like G62 or G7500 though. If you're asking for just standalone control without a codec/PC though I'm not sure if that's possible.
